FRUIT PIE
INGREDIENT A. : 200 GRAM FLOUR ( WHICH HAS BEEN FILTER)
30 GRAM MILK POWDER ( WHICH HAS BEEN FILTER)
100 GRAM BUTTER
50 GRAM FINE SUGAR ( WHICH HAS BEEN FILTER)
2 EGGS YOLK
1/2 TEASPOON OF SALT
INGREDIENT CREAM PASTA : 450 ML FULL CREAM MILK LIQUID
5 AND 1/3 TEABLESPOON OF SUGAR (80 GRAM
SUGAR )
4 EGGS YOLK
2 AND 1/2 TABLESPOON OF FLOUR ( 25 GRAM FLOUR )
2 TABLESPOON OF CORN FLOUR ( 20 GRAM OF CORN
FLOUR )
1 AND 3/4 TABLESPOON OF BUTTER (35 GRAM OF
BUTTER )
1 TEASPOON OF VANILA EXTRACT
1/4 TEASPOON OF SALT
INGREDIENT B : STRAWBERRY

HOW TO MAKE : 1. ALL OF INGREDIENT A STIR WELL BY OWN HAND , TAKE TO
REFRIGARATOR 30 MINUTES IN CLOSE BOWL
2. PREPARE CAKE MOLD, RUB WITH COOKING OIL
3. 80 GRAM SUGAR + 4 EGGS YOLK + 25 GRAM FLOUR + 20 GRAM
OF CORN FLOUR + 35 GRAM OF BUTTER + 1 TEASPOON OF
VANILA EXTRACT + 1/4 TEASPOON OF SALT STIR WELL UNTIL
MAKE WELL MIXING
4. TURN ON THE HEAT, HEAT 450 ML FULL CREAM MILK LIQUID
5. PUT INTO NUMBER 3 TO NUMBER 4 STIR WELL
6. TAKE IT TO REFRIGATOR 2 HOURS.
7. MIX NUMBER 6 AFTER 2 HOURS WITH MIXER TOOL
8. FILL THE CAKE MOLD WITH NUMBER 1 , PRICK WITH FORK
9. OVEN NUMBER 8 WITH ( 170 DEGRE TEMPERATUR) DURING 20
MINUTES
10. FILL INTO NUMBER 8 , NUMBER 6 ( COOL CREAM PASTA )
11. PUT THE SLICES OF FRUIT ON THE PIE
12. THE FRUIT PIE BE READY TO SERVE
