1 TABLESPOON SUGAR
1 TEASPOON SALT
1/2 TEASPOON MUSHROOM SEASONING
1 TEASPOON SWEET SOY SAUCE
1/2 TEASPOON OF PEPPER
1 TOMATO ( HAVE BEEN SLICES )
1/2 LEMON
1/2 LEMON |
700 ML COOK WATER
INGREDIENT B : 10 CLOVES RED ONION ( SLICED AND GRINDED)
5 CLOVES GARLIC ( SLICED AND GRINDED)
30 GRAM PALM SUGAR
25 SHEETS OF CURLY CHILI ( GRINDED )
COOKING OIL
HOW TO MAKE : 1. BOIL 700 ML COOK WATER ,ADD + 5 CLOVES GARLIC ( SLICED
AND GRINDED) + 2 THUMB OF GINGER ( SLICE ) + 250 GRAM
TUNA FISH ( HAVE BEEN CUTTED ) , 8 MINUTES OR 10 MINUTES
* BOILING WATER CAN BE USED LATER,NOT REMOVED*
2. PUT IN THE WOK COOKING OIL THEN FRY THE BOILED TUNA
FISH UNTIL BROWN COLOUR AND LIFT
3. PUT IN THE WOK COOKING OIL, COOK 1 TOMATO ( HAVE BEEN
SLICES ) + 5 SHEETS ORANGE LEAVES + 10 CLOVES RED ONION (
SLICED AND GRINDED) + 30 GRAM PALM SUGAR + 25 SHEETS OF
CURLY CHILI ( GRINDED ) + SQUEEZE 1/2 LEMON , STIR
4. PUT INTO THE WOK FRIED TUNA FISH , STIR WELL + TUNA
BOILING WATER UNTIL EBB
5. SPICY TUNA FISH BE READY TO SERVE
